Alejandra Lathrop has been a consultant at Fix Partners since March 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she spent her entire career at Coca-Cola Andina, where she led the Marketing and Trade Marketing departments in various executive roles, with responsibility for commercial planning.

She has over 14 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, driving profitable business growth through strategy, portfolio management, and commercial execution. She has led projects in Revenue Growth Management, P&L management, and field sales execution, working cross-functionally with sales, pricing, operations, and finance teams. Her career is defined by her ability to bridge the gap between strategy and day-to-day operations, set clear priorities, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams in highly competitive environments.

Alejandra holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC).
