Ernesto Solís is the founding partner of Fix Partners Advisors. Since the firm was founded in Santiago, Chile, in 2015, he has led its growth and expansion into management consulting, turnaround and restructuring, analytics and artificial intelligence, and performance improvement. Together with his team, he works to position Fix Partners as a leading professional services firm in Latin America.
His passion is helping companies, particularly those facing complex and challenging situations. Through a deep understanding of each client’s needs, Ernesto seeks to develop and execute strong recommendations that generate a positive short-term impact and support sustainable long-term growth.
He actively participates on boards of directors, in trade associations, and in academic activities. Ernesto is a finance professor at Universidad de Chile, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and ESE Business School, and has authored several academic business cases.
Ernesto is President of TMA Chile, affiliated with the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), a leading global organization for professionals in insolvency, restructuring, and special situations. He has led several corporate reorganization processes in Chile.
Ernesto earned his Civil Engineering degree from Universidad de Chile with highest honors in 1995 and his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2004.
