Mr. Lekanda is an industrial civil engineer with amention in chemistry from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He also has a Master of Science in Engineering from the same university and an MBA from the University of Chile and the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, New Orleans, USA.

With more than twenty years of experience in the consumer goods, mining, industrial, construction, and transportation sectors. He has worked in planning, management control,operations, sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and projects.

 His main focus is the value generation of businesses based on the redesign and optimization of processes, the installation of effective management models, and the empowerment of teams.

 Sebastián has strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, planning, leadership, and teamwork.
